Lesson 7 - Art Journaling with Gelatos
If you prefer to add artistic creations outside of your bible, Rebekah shows how to create beautiful faith journaling within an art journal. Try your hand at stamping and watercoloring with Gelatos in this fun lesson. Don't worry, the possibilities in your Bible are endless too.
Rebekah walks you step-by-step through the basics of page prep and then introduces watercolor and stamping. Then you will create a beautiful mixed media tag which can be clipped in or adhered with washi. We will be meeting Friday, May 26th from 6:30-8:00 at the Den (2172 Fox Den Dr.). Child care is provided.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
- A Bible (preferably a journaling one with space to create the art in) or a journal/sketchpad
- $10 to cover the cost of your supplies

If you have any of these supplies, feel free to bring them with you. Links have been provided for some of them if you want to look at them ahead of time, or purchase your own to use. Most are also available in the local craft stores.
