Join Us During Lent for The Daniel Plan!

There is no doubt that in our society today, most of us have an unhealthy relationship with food.  The Daniel Plan Small Group Study is a 6-week study that teaches how to incorporate healthy choices into your daily lifestyle. This four-color study guide includes biblical inspiration from Rick Warren, instruction from doctors and wellness advisors, practical food and fitness tips, and much more. Instead of "giving something up" for Lent (the 40 days leading up to Easter) this year, let's establish new healthy habits.

Two Group Meetings:

Wednesday at 6:00 pm at the Den (2172 Fox Den Dr.). This group starts February 3rd. We have children and youth activities that meet at the same time.

Friday at 9:30 am at Taylor Hall in room 203/205. This group starts February 5th.  Child care is provided.
